End-User Training

We offer a number of end-user training programs to support retailers of all sizes, budgets, and skill levels.  Our primary method is remote deployment and support where we execute a train-the-trainer approach.  We give you all the skills you need to manage both Point of Sale and Back Office Applications so you can pass the necessary skills on to your employees and get the most out of your new system.

Standard Hours Support

Standard support is offered during normal business hours in  Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM EDT (GMT – 4:00).

After Hours Support

At RMS Consulting, we understand retail doesn’t necessarily operate 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. If you have an after hours technical support emergency, we are available to you 24/7.
